Traffic Stops Yield Gifts

Generous donations this year provided many Christmas gifts that Cumberland County sheriff’s deputies distributed during random traffic stops on Christmas Eve, Sheriff Casey Cox said. Above, Deputy Anthony Loshbough is pictured handing out a gift to a motorist who was stopped by the officer. This is the second year that the gift giving has been carried out by deputies and Cox thanked local businesses and individuals who contributed to the program.
